Each class we offer has a unifying theme. Sometimes the theme is a grape variety, a region, or even a style of wine. We provide information that is easy to understand and give you a simple cheatsheet to take home so you won’t have to remember every detail we discuss in class. There will be four to six relevent wines available for you to try as we discuss why these wines are important and why we chose these wines in particular.
